Our full menu changes regularly. Vegetarian meals are prepared on request as are any special dietary requirements. Our chefs confer daily to plan specials to be prepared for that evening and the following day's lunch.

One will often see listed on our special board, dishes with unusual names to coincide with a special event or function.

At any meal time, people may choose from a minimum of 10 entrees, 16 mains, 6 desserts plus the chefs' specials and children's menu.

Our bar staff offer beverages to compliment the food, keeping in mind our policy of value for money. We always have good quality wines on special either by the glass, carafe or bottle.

Our "Stables" function centre is a popular venue for large groups and caters for all occasions including weddings, anniversaries, birthday parties, corporate functions, meetings, etc.

The newest edition to our function areas is the historically appointed "Captains Table" room featuring the worlds longest table cut for a single piece of timber which seats up to 40 people. The walls of the "Captains Table" are adorned with pictures, paintings and memorabilia the days of the height of the river trade along the Clarence.

Anyone not wishing to walk through the hotel bar area my enter via the Smoke-Free Bistro and Stables function centre area, through our outdoor Beer Garden which offers the opportunity to enjoy alfresco dining taking advantage of the North Coasts magnificent climate.
